I'm really bad at long posts so i'll try and keep this as short as possible.

So last week I was involved in a pretty serious motorcycle accident. To keep a brief summary of what happened I put power on going round a corner like a moron and it slipped from under me. I came off at about 60mph and slid down the road for at least 30 feet.

In terms of injuries I have 3rd and 2nd degree burns on my arms and hands, and really bad road rash basically all over my body. No broken bones somehow but i'll take whatever I can get. My hands have basically had all the skin taken off so playing games is quite uncomfortable to say the least haha. I have pictures but I think they're a bit inappropriate for the forums :P

So there's a quick explanation on my recent inactivity and inactivity for the near future. Have a good one guys and I hope to be good as new in the coming weeks. :)

Mercy! If not sliding down the road on your bare skin wasn't enough! I'll never complain about getting a mere carpet burn again! Your skin is so dependent on the degree of the burn on how it will heal, because we all know the third is the worst. I certainly hope you get well soon and I have to say, it's a astounding you had no bone injuries!

Thank you all for the kind words. I'm slowly on the mend, however the bruising has come up now and that makes things a bit worse but i'll live (hopefully).

Oh no! Gosh I sure hope your alright ;3; That sounds really painful. Never been in an accident myself, but golly....burns suck. I hope you make a good recovery and get back to a clean bill of health. Get well soon and don't stress yourself out.
