Welcome to my god-awful art zone. I really need somewhere to put these, and maybe get some critic on them too. (deviantart is ppoo)
Also, I got a tablet for my birthday and these are practice ones!!! im so sorry if these are like the worst cringe-worthy pieces of art you've seen. ;;

And does anybody know a free art program that lets layers have .png files?? That'd be great to know thanks!!

Lovely drawings! I myself got a tablet recently and it helps a lot ^^ as for the layer thing, I'm not sure but gimp is free. Also, you can get a free trial for things like paint tool sai and Corel draw I think.

Gimp allows layers to be transparent, if that's what you're asking. And if you're asking if you can open a PNG file as a layer, it also does that too.
