Title: What's Your FH Story?

What's your story of how you found FH and, what I like to call, your "noob days?" I have a story.

So I was on dA, minding my business, when I saw this picture of a FH Princess Cadence and Shining Armor. When I saw it, I was like "Woah, that game is the one for me!" So I searched up Feral Heart and up came this website. The registration was closed, of course. I kept coming day after day, at the wrong times to register. I simply gave up, since I never got to register. But years and years later, I remembered about this website, and went back on to check to register. Again, it was closed. But that didn't stop me. I looked up the times for registration, and I waited until the right time. (It was still daytime.) Then, just like that, I zoomed to the registration! However, the logins weren't working, so I kept making account after account. They failed. Until, I made this account. It let me login on the forum and the game. I played for the rest of the day. And the day after that one and that one and that one! I couldn't stop playing. It wasn't long until I got a mate and adopted a pup. In fact, I got
two mates!

So, yeah! That's my story, and to be continued for me, because i'm still new. But you guys have been here for longer, so you could tell me the full story!

My? FeralHeart story? How I found Feralheart?
My first day in FeralHeart? Hm....

Let's start with how I found FH. What sparked my interest in animal MMORPGs is this particular video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIUJuXX66H8 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIUJuXX66H8) because I saw this and little 11-year old me was like 'zOMG YOU CAN PLAY AS ANIMALS YEY!" so I looked up a list of animal games and the first one I saw
was 'Wolf Quest" and yes I played that for a bit and got bored of it so I looked up more animal games and
saw FeralHeart. What caught my eye was the customization and chat and stuff of the like ya know. So I
first registered FeralHeart in...june of 2012 under the name "equinoxblaze". And I switched accounts to
"DEaTHBLaZEJEsTER" and then eventually to "Zircon". I've been playing FeralHeart since I was 11 - I'm
14 now. That's a long time, yo.

My first FH day? Oh I don't really remember thaaat much but I can tell what I know.
Well. I was on a very large black and red wolf named Blade. I was in south pole and there was
this like FH serial killer and I was asking if I can join them on their killing adventures or something
I don't know, man, I was a dark child. Well after that little thingy I saw a blue pup who needed a mother.
And you guessed it - I ended up being her mom. Yeah. And then we went to atlantis and I dont remember
much after that.
ooh! And that night I was on a gray lion named Curtis and jumping about with another lion. That was a good
time.

That's my story. I'm interested in hearing others' stories too!

I originally found feralheart through...Transformers, actually. I found some transformers made on FH, and I was like "WHAT IS THIS GAME?!", and then I joined it. Short story, actually.

I found FH through YouTube. I was looking up videos and found an Impressive Title one and then a FeralHeart one. I was sad to hear IT was closed so I shifted to the newer one. I got an account and ingame I was. I also was able to drag my best friend in it too lol. I met a few friends on the way who helped me then soon got the hang of it. Though one fateful day, that friend got banned for a year, so I spent that time trying to get to know the forums better and went in game every now and then. Rp had become an obsessive lifestyle that my friend and I still text eachother Rps. Fh helped me in so many ways, now I have main characters and a fursona and so many memories! <3

I found FH back in '11 through wolfquest. I think I just wanted a game with no chat filter. (You. Couldn't. Say. Anything.) I signed up (this was before registration opened/closed, so it was fairly quick, but I remember it took me literally an hour to finally get that CACHA or whatever it's called right) and promptly made a sparklewolf. Black (0/0/0) everything but neon blue markings. It was an eyesore. Then I made a husky, went to south pole, founded a new pack, and managed to recruit like 10 people in half an hour. The RP lasted a day and everyone quit the next, and it was hilariously angsty and dramatic looking back. Still one of the best RPs I've had, just because it was so fun.

Then I went around killing kits (sorry, so sorry) because I was Edgy McEdge as a kid.

Rediscovered it now because my little sister dragged me back.

Looks like a fun topic. :3

I was brutally forced into FeralHeart by a good friend of mine last June. Of course, I waited a few months for registration, but I was drawn into it from the start.

I remember I had started with 3 characters. Nevica, Twist (pre-doctor) and a demon that was long lost in the sands of time/comouter harddrive. I don't really remember much about what exactly I did (besides a few roleplays), but after about a week or so, I did meet some amazing friends and absolutely fell in love with this game.

Ah... good times.

I found FH through 'The Truth about Feral Heart' back in 2012. At the time, I didn't have what I needed to play the game. Also I was very young then. But then in till 2014. I needed a new game, I was tired of playing world of Warcraft. So I caught registration open. I registered and it went from there. I was a happy person and learned quite a lot about role play. Well, I don't remember crap about joining and I probably found it in a ditch on the web cause I was bored of animal jam. Well, short story, but why's there a block of text coming up?

Well I have another story to tell that may or may not be related.
I was browsing movies for a pack back in the day, when I was less literate. Vastly so. I found a group lead by the user exodus and tried to join. They asked for an RP sample. I had no idea what in the crap that was, so I asked, got my answer, and provided. I was rejected. But I'd still downloaded Ember Island. I figured that standard internet roleplays weren't worth crap here and decided that if anything, being a book would help. Unlike most, I practically became literate OVERNIGHT. Yeah.

I still, from time to time look to see if exodus is online, but alas, they never are.

I found FeralHeart through friends. They were chatting about this game (about IT, too) and I decided to take a look.
The registration was closed, unfortunately. After two years, I've downloaded WolfQuest and remembered about this big 3D-chat. And of course, the registration was closed. Checking almost every day, after a month I registered successfully. Now, I'm here - sitting on a chair and replying on a topic in the forum.

Well it was 2011 sometime and I was you tubing things and one thing led to another an I was watching something that was like "top 10 animal games" (I was like 11 so this appealed to me) and I saw Feral Hesrt and I loved the fact that you could do whatever you want, say whatever you want, and go wherever you want. It didn't have chat restrictions like everything other 10yr old game which I really like because I could connect with other people more. So I watched more YouTube videos on it and then went to the FH page downloaded it. Waited till a weird time so I could make an account.. Etc etc then I played.
My earliest FH memory was making my brother help me make a character (which was a black demon scary things because boys will be boys am I right ladies) so ya.
Then my first realistic character was this little lioness with white wings and I was in fluorite sitting on bonfire island next to this lion and lioness, figuring I would just be their kid or whatever. I could see theirouhs moving but I was VERY confused about how to talk to other people so I just flew around and stuff.

In November 2013 or maybe 2012, me and my friend were lokking vids on youtube. And because we were crazef about wolves, of course we wached vids about them. Then we came across onr FH video, a FH rock-line if i remember corectly. We needed to play that game Cx
It was thusday, and we registered two days later. I had no idea what is roleplaying that time... So I was total noob XD

I remember how I found Feral Heart quiet clearly.

I had been playing Wolf Quest for quiet some time (after searching up 'wolf games' on the internet) and had become really quiet bored of it. So I decided to search up 'Games like Wolf Quest' Hoping for a 3D MMRPG of some sort. And quiet by chance I did.
This was before the Registrations were randomly closed, so I quickly made an account and headed straight onto the game.
I remember my first day like it was yesterday. Now that I've been on Feral Heart for so many years, I see that what happened to me was pure luck, and I had a brilliant start to the life of RP.
I remember making a Husky as my first character, and being the newbie I was it was completely Generic, and  of course a puppy. The name I gave it has been the name of pretty much every male character I have ever created since, Zanu. It just sorta stuck.
After appearing in Lonely Cave, I headed for the first portal I saw, which happened to be the South Pole. After dashing around the vast whiteness for a while, I headed back to the centre of the map, where I found two other huskies, the typical mated pair who were looking for a pup. I was quick to acquire myself a place in the family and I got my first taste of roleplay.
Back then my roleplay style was very simple yet understandable.
The happenings of that day, in that roleplay, were extremely dramatic, but to sum it up: The mother died from a wolf attack, while Zanu and his father ran. Zanu was then traumatized and did not trust wolves. Zanu's father left, and did not come back. While Zanu went on a search for the father, he met a demonic wolf pack, who Zanu of his fathers death, and then took him in, where he was adopted by a demon wolf named Kay.

And that was all within the first day. I had many more roleplays with that pack for years after, and Zanu became a badass demon Husky with a huge sword, and a level head. The plot was, maybe a bit premature and wild, but thick and exciting, and I loved every second of it, no matter how noobish many may call it.

I found FH through suggestions for other games made on Wolf Quest. It took me a week to join, and today is my second day. :3 In my first day, I spent time putting items on my character and meeting new people in Bonfire.

Back in October 2012, 9-year-old me was watching some WolfQuest videos and I saw a FH video in the suggestions and I asked dad if I could download FeralHeart and well, he let me so I made my very first FH character, a black and aqua wolf named Misty. I went to south pole and I was saying stuff like "how do you howl" and the actions is what it took to figure it out. Eventually, I went to Lagfire Island and I would powerplay (AJ roleplayers were a bad influence on me) and here I am, I was 9 now I am 12.

wowiie, all these stories sound super interesting! c: and a lot of them seem to come from wolf quest
which is how i found feralheart too hahha xD

so anyway, i was about 9 years old in around may 2010 or something and i was watching wolfquest videos and i stumbled upon an impressive title video and i got interested in it so i tried to join the forums and download the game but
it didn't really work :<

so a couple of months later i found a feral heart video when it was still in beta i think and i was like ''waohh :0'' and some time later after fh came out i watched videos of people playing it :3

aaND FEBRUARY 2011 is when i made my first account and started playing C: i was 10 years old and it was super awesoome. my character was a jet black husky with a hot pink mane and her name was Shakira xD
i remember making my first friends, they were two colourful wolves .w. i remember when we tried to go back up the water fall in ficho tunnel but then i kinda ran away and ended up in fluorite plains which was amazing
then i got lost i think
i also remember my first roleplay it was with a group of canines and we went to fluorite plains but then i got lost omo
and one day i was walking around fluorite plains and made friends with two lions which were mates i think and we were joking around and it was pretty cool ~
...and i remember my first dance line that i joined too it was really long and awesome

and there we have some of my newbie days stories hahha
playing feralheart was such an awesome experience honestly, especially 2011 :3 and 2012

I joined April 1st 2011 with my original account. I had actually just stumbled upon the game by chance, and since I had a bad fall out with my previous game, I saw it as the chance to start out new. Naturally I joined, and stuck around Bonfire for a bit. Of course this was before Bonfire was utterly terrible, but I actually stayed there for a week before I met my first friend, and was taken to Fluorite and hadn't gone back since.

While by characters were a bit cliche and badly colored, from my previous game I already had a lot of role playing experience. So I pretty much fit in anywhere as far as role playing went. Boring "noob days" sorry.

Ooooh, this story is a deeply-cherished one for me.

My first character was Snowy. Back when I registered, I wasn't allowed to chat, so I had to roleplay through emotes, actions, and pointing with my nose or my whole body. The first thing I did was use a default-colored wolf and went into the first portal I saw - South Pole. I went back and colored my wolf white with blue Leopard spots, so she would blend in with the terrain. Then I met Jayfeather.

Just like the ones from the Warriors books, except a wolf. She liked me and I liked her, even though I couldn't tell her so. We came up with a communication system (jump two for yes, once for no), and we were off. Jayfeather became a sort of mother-figure for Snowy, who was little but a pup. Eventually they found their way back to Cape of Distant Worlds  and met a pup named Paige. After saving her father from drowning, Paige left her Pack to go with Snowy and Jayfeather. However, once we got to Flourite Plains, Jayfeather mysteriously vanished. I haven't seen the likes of the player since, and they lay dormant on my friends' list.

After that, I was ushered into bed. But I'll never forget that day, since that was what set me on the track to roleplay. I met even more people, used the same communications systems, and lost them to time in similar fashion. Snowy joined a Wolf Pack, almost gained a mate, and then ended up as a loner on the Flourite landscape, wandering around. Now I can chat and fully explain my intentions, but back then I had to explain everything through bodylanguage.

I've been looking for them for a while now, but no dice thus far. I don't think any of them have been online since that first week, honestly. But it would be a real treasure to see them again. >v>

So there's my ushy-gushy story about my first day in FH. Heh.

I first discovered Feral Heart back in late 2011, I must have been 13 or so at the time. Basically I was just lurking around on the Wolf Quest forums and saw a thread about a game called 'Feral Heart' checked it out and signed up. The rest is history.

I was wandering aimlessly around Google in 2011-ish, looking for cool games. ('cause when I was bored, I would google games to play). So as I was searching through the endless flood of "animal game" images, I happened upon a screenshot of the FH character creator and was hooked right off the bat.
I joined so fast I got whiplash. My first character was a nooby brown and tan wolf named "Fuego" (XD).
As soon as I hopped on, the game spit me out in the middle of Bonfire, where I noob'd around, found the actions tab and just sat there butt-swinging for a while before going up and trolling the Lion King peeps on 'pride rock'.

Ahh. good times, man.
