Title: feralheart doesnt work! ;-;

So recently, my FeralHeart has been acting up in-game. When I try to move my character with W,A,S, and D, they never work. I tried resetting the controls and etc, looking up help as well. And now I can't even type in on the FeralHeart login section! So whenever I try to log into the game, nothing is typed in when I can perfectly type anywhere else! I tried a ton of times to type in something. I may consider redownloading it, but I'm afraid that if I do, I will lose all of my extra add-ons I had; like the extra markings, pawsome pack and changes in appearance I downloaded! Maybe even the maps I roleplay with!

I really do love playing this game ;v;

You may have to re-download the game, like you mentioned. But I don't think that the extras would be causing it. So you can always make backup files and place them in the new FH folders.

Have you tried changing your rendering system? Just pop onto the FeralHeart log in page and click your options tab. Then, head to the Video Tab. You should see the Rendering options first on the list. Try changing from OpenGL (Default) to Direct3D9. I hope this does work, if not, let me know and I shall see if I can think of anything that may be causing the issue.

Adding onto this.

Before re-installing anything, back up your extras(a folder on your PC or mediafire is a great place!) and delete your Feral-Heart Folder. This is to ensure your getting a clean install.

Then re-download the game and run it without addons to ensure you can type then re-add them in.

it still doesn't let me type in the username or password ;-; i reinstalled it and did as told..
i think it might be because it just doesnt work anymore..?

Can you try downloading it on another computer? You may have missed a file when you went through deleting all the FH files like Whisper had mentioned. Downloading the game on a new computer could let you know if it's your computer that is causing the problem. You could also have contracted a virus recently (which I highly doubt but am stating anyway just in case) that may be interfering with FH.

If none of this works I'll keep brainstorming.

i dont have another computer to test with sadly.. and before this happened i was playing with fh for longer than usual plus i never really deleted it so i couldnt really have missed a file ;-; if it didnt work before i had to delete it. I'm not positive about the virus situation because i bought a anti-virus program, but it could be possible.?

I'd try disabling the anti-virus and try loading FH again. Anti-viruses can be FH's worst nightmare. Fingers crossed for ye.

I guess I got to let the game go now ;-; it doesn't work anymore..
