Title: In Need Of SIGN/WOOD!!

Does anyone have a wooden sign mesh? I'm making a map and I want a wooden sign to put in it and write my name on it so people know I created the map. Help?

BTW: If I were to find a sign, can I edit it in PAINT and write my name on it so it'll show up in the map?
FYI: Also, if anyone knows how to make a sign, I'm all ears! I've seen signs in other maps before and I'd like to make one of my own.

You can edit the sign texture in just about any program, such as paint, just by saving it afterwards as the original name. c:
