There's no such thing as popular item. However, a new item pack was release a few weeks ago. Here.

The most popular items packs would be the Pawesome Item Pack (http://thabiue.deviantart.com/art/Pawesome-Items-Pack-377205907) and the Legendary Item Pack (http://www.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Items-Feral-Heart-Item-Pack-528359795). I suggest the Legendary Item Pack because the Pawesome Items Pack is now being discontinued and the Legendary Item Pack has more items.
