Title: How to Upload Maps????? HELP!!

How can I upload a download link to a map I've created? I know on Mediafire, but I'm having trouble knowing which files to upload. Could someone please give me a step-by-step tutorial on how to upload a map to Mediafire and publish it for the public? I'm not looking for a video, because I always mess up on video tutorials. Please make it detailed!
