Title: Map Making & Crashing

So I'm planning on making a giant map, so the problem. I can't get past 90k without crashing frequently, when making the map and when playing. Is this normal? if not. Is there a way to fix this issue?

 The map size itself is most likely the issue. I have a friend that makes veryy large maps, and she cannot get past the 60's without it crashing. Sizes larger than that are probably just bigger than the game can handle.

The map size itself is most likely too much for the game to handle. Like Kangarooirwin said, the size is probably causing your game to crash so frequently. The game can only take so much data before it starts overwhelming the system.
