Unfortunately, I had this problem as well when I first made my account. Right away, I tried to get on the game, but I received that message. I waited a few hours before trying again, and it worked. I don't think this has anything to do with it, but still.
I would just wait a while (not necessarily hours like I did, maybe just a few minutes.). I hope this helps at all.
