I really do want to enter in the new preset contest, and my idea requires the entirety of the preset to glow. I don't think I've seen an entire glowing preset, so I'm curious. Can I make the entire preset glow? If so, how can I?
Also, can I make eyes glow? I've tried this before, but it didn't work, so I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or you can't make eyes glow.
