So, I've been trying to request this in preset shops, but sadly, no one has replied. I'd be willing to pay in DA pts, though hopefully nothing too high. I don't think it's too terribly complicated, though it's definitely not simple. Here it is:

I'd also like a mane, same grey as that used for the markings.

Ah, forgot to mention that. Two-sided. Everything is symmetrical save for the paw, which is only on the left side. Thanks so much for doing this! :)
