Okay, so I finished making my height map (the greyscale one) for a map that I'm created and so all I need to do is make a mask map (you know, the one with RGB color)
Which color does red, blue, and green stands for?

Hey there, you can get your answer from the FH manual. :) Go to manual >Map making section to find out how to make map terrain masks. Sometimes when you make a map, it is usually boring to keep the same terrain texture of the map. So, Red, Blue and Green are used to add 3 more ground textures. Depending on how you will use the colors to design, the terrain texture will appear the same design as you draw it on your mask. For example:
Each color on this mask will have its own type of terrain texture -

Hope I helped! :D

So there's ins't a certain way to color the mask?

You can have them whatever you want them to be.
I tend to have Red as grass or ground, green as paths and walkways(like dirt roads) and blue like mountainsides. You however can make it any way you'd want, and have red as mountains and green as grass etc. You decide in the map maker which texture should go to which colour.
Use what you're comfortable with really, only thing you need to know is that each color define one texture.
