That particle is possibly one a user created themselves and didn't put up a download for it. I'm sure if you want something similar, you can find a tutorial on how to make a particle in the FeralHeart member made tutorials here on the website. :) Hope this helps!

I don't know where that praticle came from, but I think I know something about that particle in the picture.
To add onto Aicosu's reply (excuse me), that particle is probably a private file by the creator of that map, or it came from a material pack by another person. You can try to ask them to give you that file if you really want it. If it's private then do not make a very similar one because that can cause some problems.

I can't remember the name of the map.. I think I deleted it, but I remember it's a pack map... Anyway, I will search for a tutorial, thanks you all :)
