So Ive been struggling to figure this out for at least an hour or two now. I've checked my internet connection, the allowance lists for my antivirus and firewalls, Ive even changed my password. Everything on that help list Ive checked for connection problems with the front server and so far nothing has fixed the problem. What else can I try? I am really excited about the game and have heard only good things, so I'm a bit bummed that I can't log on to the game. :/ Please help?

Server is either down or there is something wrong with your internet connection. try restarting your computer. Maybe firewall is blocking you from playing the game, so check to make sure firewall isn't blocking it.

Tried restarting. no change. firewall/antivirus is not blocking either. Internet connection is good. Server seems to be online as there is a message stating that 570 users are online and server is online... *sigh* I dunno. I dunno what else to try. Is there a patch Im missing? I just downloaded the game today...

Hmm maybe try reinstalling it and see if that help ortry to log in with another account. So you will know if the problem is related to the account. And if that doesn't work just try a different internet connection.

Hmm just reinstalled. No change. I do appreciate your help though. Sadly I just cant get this game to work...Bummed.

I've tried to connect for a long time, cause I wanted to get back to my friend. When I get back on, its only for a very short time before I lose connection again. This has happened for days now! :(
