Title: Game won't let me sign in

I try to sign into the game but it says i got it wrong, even when i copy my user and password LETTER BY LETTER!
Someone help..

Hello, Thea. Is it possible that your username is above 16 characters?

Greetings, Thea. Check out the link provided above, it should solve your problem.

If not, have you activated your account in time? Because if not, you would be required to patiently wait for regristration to open again and create a new account, as far as I am aware.

Reasons this might be happening:

Your Internet might be a big derp.

Your Password is too long.

Your Account may not be activated.

Your Banned. (I mentioned it only for a good reason, please don't go screaming at me like a baby because I only tried to help.)

Your Feral-Heart might be messed up, which I recommend re-downloading if this is the possible case.

I can't sign into the game, I used the link above and none of it helped, even my password is not long.

Yes, I did and the account is activated but I still can't login..

Indeed as Warriorstrike suggested, both Thea & Sparreling breathless have usernames that are above 16 characters each. You both will have to create a new account when registration opens. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to see you with us again soon. Better luck with your next accounts.
