Title: Connexion ?

Hello, I am French and I very badly speak English, sorry if certain things do not correspond...  ;D

 I finally managed to join and to download the game,I can connect with my password and my user name on the site, once on the thrower, I enter my identifiers I click " the log in " and nothing walks, just a message indicating me that my identifiers are incorrect! My account is validated, I confirmed my password, but impossible to connect, and I shall like I can really play.  :'(

Hello Chloe!

It sounds like you are having a few issues logging into the game.

One of the issues may be that your username exceeds 16 characters. If so, you'll have to make a new account.

If your username or password has numbers in it, DO NOT use the numpad! Instead, use the numbers above the letters on your keyboard.

If your username has symbols, then this is a reason why it may not work.
