Title: No Canine Body Pelt

My FH started doing this a few days ago and I haven't the slightest clue why.
This only happens to canines, but if the canine doesn't have any body markings, then it will also have no body pelt. It will all just be underfur.
Even when your canine has body markings, the tufts show up as the underfur color, and not the pelt color like they're supposed to.

I asked around Stone Bridge and they lead me to a place where I could download all the default FH files. So I did that. I downloaded the default texture files in hopes of replacing or adding onto the cbodyMask1 and cbodyMask2 because maybe I'm missing one? But nope..... The default files don't have any cbodyMask's at all. Yet I had two.
Thinking that maybe that was my problem, I removed the cbodyMask's from my FH folder.... But nope again, now I have no canine body underfur.

Again, when I put on body markings, both the underfur and pelt were properly visible.

Does anyone know what the fluff is going on with my game? Because none of this is making the least bit of sense to me.
The last thing I downloaded was the map pack Final Chapter and I don't see how maps could mess this up.

I think you may be missing some of the body masks for it to become like this. o: Go to Feralheart> Media> Textures and search those three files:

fbody
fbodyMask1
fbodyMask2

If you don't have them, you can download the textures folder that Bawfle has lended a link for in this thread here (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=44252.0) and escort those 3 files into your textures folder. :) Hope this helps!

I looked in my textures folder, and I already have all three of files you listed.

Hmm...Ok. Then maybe you need to redownload the game like JengaTower said, because something might of went wrong without you noticing. That's the only solution I can give you. :) Yes, you will need to redownload the Items and markings too, but it's better than leaving your game like this and not enjoy it. :3

I'm in the process of making several maps... re-installing the game is not an option.

Reinstalling might be a good option, in case you've accidently altered or moved an important game file. You may have misplaced a file or two while you were downloading something else. If you decide to reinstall Feral-heart, you can save the maps, presets, and meshes that you have downloaded/created by creating a separate file outside of the FH folder, that way, you can simply put them back in when the reinstallation is complete.

Ah, no worries! If ye wish to reinstall the game, just make backup files for y'er maps. Their files should be found in the terrains folder. (FH<media<terrains) Copy y'er map folders and place them on y'er desktop or a place ye know that ye will be able to find them again.

This can also work for any meshes ye 'ave downloaded over time. Just copy y'er objects folder and place that with the rest of the backup files. Then when ye do reinstall FH, ye can put them back where they belong.

As for the actual issue going on with y'er FH, I believe it may be the actual cbodyMasks that ye are using. It could be that the files and their coding are corrupted? If ye like, I can supply ye with the canine body masks that I am using. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that could be messing up y'er canines.

Before this has happened, did you download any markings? or replace anything in the textures folder?

I can't help you solve it, but here are some things that might have done it! (None of these could be what happened, but they are just suggestions.)

1: You downloaded something and it messed it up. This often would be caused by a material, re-texture of something or maybe adding markings and/or presets to your game. Also, the person you've downloaded things from might have something to do with it. Ask for some help on the creator's site of whatever you've last download since this has been happening.

2: Viruses might have disabled something, making it not work. Run a virus scan if you haven't, or run it again to be on the safe side.

3: Missing files are a good place to start! Also corrupted file could be causing it too. Re-download FH and put your markings, most of your maps and items back.

4: You could have been hacked! I know this might be a really dumb reason, but someone might have downloaded something on their PC, made a character on your account with it and it messed up your canines? I hope this isn't the case, but there are a lot of cruel people in this world so I wouldn't be very surprised.

Quote me if this helped any or you have something to say back! Thanks. :D
