The ENB Torrent File Might Have A Bug, Try Un-Installing Then Re-Installing It, Sometimes It Does That.

~ The Preset Problem, Ive Never Seen Bit Torrent Sync With FH... Thats Odd Unless Im Thinking Of Something Else

If you Made A Left And Right Preset (which means more files and different on both sides) Make Sure the .Mat File Is Correct, Open It In Notepad And Run Through It, Images Should Be JPG/JPEG Files Not PNG Or Anything Else...

You Can Also Take The .Mat File And Copy It Into Your Current Folder, Open It In notepad And Correct The Numbers To The Current Preset File You Are Using.

If It Still Does Not Export To Private Presets Then Your Game May Have A Problem Or Your PC May Be Blocking It If You Have "Avast" Or Some Protection / Anti-Virus Software.
