Who's in charge for deleting accounts?

I believe that would be either Red or Raz.
Not sure, this would most likely be a question for the staff to answer.

I think so. I dunno, I feel the staff could answer this one WAY better than me xD

Raz is the server master so I'm sure he's in charge of server related stuff like deleting accounts off the server. If you are talking about forum accounts, Red is in charge of that since he's the head admin.
edit: or is the forum account the same as the account you have on the server? i'm confus.

Most of this matter is the server since the Admins rarely deletes accounts nor can we delete accounts on Request. Forum users may deactivate their forum account but the game one will remain until it has been inactive for years. Raz is really the one that works the most with the accounts on the server, but not much work is done directly with deleting accounts since the only one/thing that really does this is the server itself.
Hope this explains it somewhat.
