Title: I can't log in!

Help! I've registered and downloaded the game to my computer, but when i type in my log-in it says its incorrect. i have checked it and it is in fact correct. it just won't let me log in. i have also tried re-installing the game.

Any help? please and thank you ^~^

Is your username or password over 17 characters?
Because your account won't work if it's over 17 characters long.

There's your problem.

*Usernames or passwords cannot be 17 characters or more

Unfortunately, if your username is over 16 characters, you will have to create a new account when the Registration opens up, since you can't change your username. If you decide to make a new one, it might be helpful to take a look here (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=6120.0[color=beige) before creating a new one.

I'm having this same problem. I even changed my password but it's only 11 letters long. My username is only 8 letters long. Nevermind I figured it out. :)
