Not fun to see things like this happen, but I think I may know your issue love.
Most map makers share or rename files that might be named the same thing in another map made by another fluff. Causing the meshes in maps to change. My solution for the issue was that if I am going to use the map to re-export it then re-export the other one later so that I could see the meshes in the maps until I needed to use the other map.
