Title: Keyboard glitch? (Lock please)

So, this would only happen maybe after an hour in-game, but now it's becoming more like every three minutes.
When I hit "a", it becomes "q" or "h" becomes "n", and it does this with everything. Please help...?

This happens to me a lot when I'm roleplaying. Suddenly " becomes @, and | becomes ~, and ~ becomes something else I don't know that isn't on the keyboard.
It fixes itself when I restart my computer, but that's the only method I know on how to fix it.
