I have so many, but for some reason I like to pronounce shoes as shuez. Why? I don't know.

When I learn what words actually are I often try to pronounce it that way, and I dunno what I'm pronouncing wrong right now since there are words I know but never heard in real life.

But, in the TES series, I keep pronouncing "Sheogorath" as SHE-GORE-ATH. That is correct I think, but I forget the O... |D

I don't know what else though. But I've said many, many words wrong in my life and I'm not sure if I can remember any of them. Will edit once I find one, though.

Ooo, interesting topic! :) People make mistakes when pronouncing words, or mostly everyone. I do have 2 words:

1- Nutella - (Nuh-tell-ah), it should actually be (new-tella)
2- Marble - (Mar-ball)

I mispronounce the word edited all the time, and always add an extra "T" to it.

i have a west coast accent so it's natural for me to pronounce sentence "seh-nse" or "sen-nce". X)

To my British boyfriend, I pronounce a lot of words incorrectly in british, such as the simple word: What. I'm supposed to say wot but I say wat...

I literally pronounced "Champaign" (Chhham-pain) as "Chham-pag'n" for the longest time. /cri/

Ahhh yes. I definitely say things incorrectly all the time. I can't think of many examples, but I do know that I say things like "inventory" wrong. (I believe there's two correct ways to say it, but I don't even pronounce it like either of those)

Not sure if this counts, but I tend to change how I say a lot of things every other time I say them. For example, words like route (I switch between saying "row-t" and "root") and data ("day-tah" and "dah-tuh"). There's a certain way to say them where I live, but I always forget and just say what pops into my head first.

i am terrible with pronunciation


hospital - hopitail

specific - pacific

terezi (a troll from homestuck) - terenzi

kanaya (another troll) - kanya


my accent makes it very hard for me to pronounce words properly

and literally all my friends are so annoyed cause im like 'there is a pacific root (route) for this jurni (journey)'

i pronounce success wrong but not like other people mispronounce stuff

i mispronounce success as usually just a blob of syllables vaguely reminiscent of success
