Title: Will Reg Open Tonight?

It's 9:00 PM PST for me right now, and my friend is trying to make an account and it's still giving her the error. Is it gonna open tonight?

The Registration opens at completely random times of the week. It has already been open a couple times today, so it may or may not be open later. My best suggestion would be to check back periodically to see if it's open.
