Title: I CAN'T LOG IN!!!

I have done everything the other help page said to do and nothing has worked. I can't create a new account because it says it's not taking new users at this time. What do I do?! >:( >:( :'( :'(

It seems that the servers are having problems in connecting to some maps ingame. There's already an existing forum thread about this, hopefully it's the same problem you're having

Can you connect to the character selector screen? Or does it only not log you in once you choose to enter as a character?
Just sit tightly for a couple of hours until an admin clears things up and gives us some new information.

What error are you getting?
If your getting the error "Cannot connect to front server" its possible the server is having issues at the moment and you will just have to wait it out
if your getting "incorrect password or username" make sure your username is under 16 characters long and that your password is typed correctly as i believe it is caps sensitive (the username however is not)
if its just the server having issues then we cannot help you fix it you must wait it out

Im having the same problem I cant go to Bonfire Island, Frinco Tunnel and Lonely Cave plz plz PLZ me and my friend are begging for help :'(

If you have not read the post above then maybe you should dear.
The server is having issues there is NO way to fix it you have to do something else to by pass your time until it has been FIXED. otherwise your just going to keep frustrating yourself with trying to get it to work.

During situations like this, you should be calm and try and try to understand what is going on because it's actually simple. If you cannot connect to another map server or log in, this may be because the server is not functioning properly or your internet access. :)

There seems to have been something wrong with FeralHeart itself.
I was logged out with "Can't connect to the server".
So there was nothing wrong with your connection.
However. As Rit said. You need to wait a little before panicing.
There might be an issue with your connection, so googling issues with the internet and how to fix them.
Also, you could check the map list for FeralHeart.
All you need to do is hover your mouse over the right side of the website and a list will move out. c:
If the number is 0 or low, the map might have been disconnected. Sometimes multiple maps.

Im having the same problem. But, is there a way to Telaport are charter's to South pole/Fplains?

There is no way to teleport them out sadly

If you log in to the yellow box at the top right corner you are able to go onto user panel, there you'll find your character list and either "Reset Home" or "Go Home". There you'll be teleported to Lonely Cave.

Also.. Please don't make a Poll thread if you are asking for help.

You can solve it this simple:
Go to Feral HEart's Homepage, then click on "User panel"

Then you should appear on the User Panel page which looks like the image below.

Now, the character you want to play on in Feral Heart, you either press "Reset Home" so it will be spawning in Lonely Cave (the default spawn place of Feral Heart), or "Go Hom" so the character will be spawning in the place where you have placed your home.

And then you should be able to play on the character whenever the server is open. c:

It looks like the server has been acting up for quite a few of you. If you send your character home through the User Panel, it may get you unstuck from the map, but if you try to enter it again, it's possible you will get the same outcome. I will nudge Red about this, but until then, please be patient. <3
