Title: "Top Hat" Request

Im looking for someone who could possibly make a "Top Hat" item as i dont think the other current hat items look correct
or a type of steam punk hat.

It is not for me though since i dont play the game its for a friend who does play at my house

(Can give "deviantart points" for one but the most i'd give is 30)

could anyone make one?

The only top hat item I know of is the one in the legendary item pack (http://sephalovable.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Items-Feral-Heart-Item-Pack-v3-0-528359795 (http://sephalovable.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Items-Feral-Heart-Item-Pack-v3-0-528359795)), which is converted from WoW.

I couldn't find a screenshot of it in FH, but here's what the item looks like:
