Title: Presets don't appear

Hello
I have a problem where my presets don't appear in character creation. You know where you go onto tab 'V' and there is a button where it says 'use preset', well nothing appears in the tab. I have just recently downloaded a preset and I think I put them in the right folders, I just don't really know how to make them appear.
Does anyone know how to help me fix this? Thanks C:

Did you make sure that the material file is correctly coded to tie it to the jpg/png files?
Also, is it a fhp with someone else's name you download or a zip/rar with multiple files like jpg and material?

Please describe more, such as what the files are called and where you put them.

If you can supply me with the code from the material file, I can probably look into it..

Side note: Did you go on FeralHeart, clicked on Tools instead of logging in and selected Preset Maker?
The preset needs to be exported before it can be used. Therefore, also make sure your username is written in the logging in window.

Thanks, I just forgot to change the material type to jpg, thanks for that it helped a lot!
