Title: The Game Won't Let Me Log in

I downloaded the game and launched it, when i tried to log in, it said i got username or password incorrect. Can i have some help with this? I am dying to play the game. thanks a lot :)

I have been using the same username and password i use to log in to the forums, it works when i log in her but not for the game. i got the 15 min ban

Usernames have a maximum character limit of 16 characters. If your username consists of more than 16 characters you may have create a new account.

Have you activated your account? If not, go to the email you used to register the account with and you should see an email about your account's activation. If not, I suggest emailing [email protected] or PMing a staff member on the forums about the issue.
