The four Clans have faded away. Sickness, starvation, and battle wounds have killed all the clan cats.
The ones who escaped the tragedy fled the forest, becoming loners and kittypets.
The Clans were abandoned, and the ones who abandoned them never reached StarClan.
Seasons later, only four cats remain in StarClan.
Heatherstar of WindClan, Pinestar of ShadowClan, Cedarstar of ThunderClan, and Minkstar of RiverClan.
These four cats have taken it upon themselves to recruit four new leaders who will restore their Clans.
They will visit them in their dreams, and tell them of the ways of the Clan before it's too late.
They must lead them to a new forest, where they will be safe from the tragedy that struck their home.
Who will be chosen to restore the Clans? Who will become part of The Last Prophecy?
