Roc also has a pack full of winter related stuff you might find interesting HERE. (http://rocandrol.deviantart.com/art/Roc-s-Winter-Mesh-Pack-499665492) As for ice caves, there is one HERE (http://www.deviantart.com/art/IceCave-mesh-298243113), and you can probably use the material file from that to make any other object icy as well.
