I just downloaded a music mod for the game. I might need a little rundown on how to set it-- and a new login page-- up. I'm not asking too much, am I?

If I am, I'm sorry. And I'm sorry if my excessive thread count is annoying, but I'm just trying to make everything work the way I like.

But anyway, I would really like to know how to use the music mod and set up a new login interface, for future reference. It is game-related, and I couldn't find anything else on it...

Once you download the interface/ music mod, there should be a READ.ME. note once your download it.

Nope. There's eight MP3 tracks and a CFG, but no READ.ME in this music pack.

Erm... How exactly do I back the files up? Would I place them in a different folder temporarily?

Now, on two almost-unrelated notes, is there anyone who can make a custom login page? And how would I use a .rar file to install some items I installed?

When you say login page, do you mean edit the way everything is laid out or the interface itself?

By messing around a couple months ago I managed to get rid of the update box completely and move the login box to the right, but I haven't done much more than that.
If you meant the interface (the colors and such of the GUI) there are tons of mods out there!

To open a .rar file you need WinRAR, a program that lets you have a free trial for 30 days but everyone ends up keeping it for years. The items should be compressed inside and all you have to do is put everything except your items.cfg in the FH > Media > Items folder.
The items.cfg goes in your main FH folder.

When I say login, I mean the news box on the right and the header that says FeralHeart. ^.^ Colors and stuff, and a custom banner...

So I just open it in WinRAR, then move the items.cfg to FeralHeart and 'Place in Items' to the Items media?

If you want a custom banner and interface, you could look around and I'm sure there's at least one fluff that takes requests for that sort of thing. If not, there are many mods that change the colors and looks of everything and you could just draw a custom banner yourself (or request for a simple piece of art) ^^

And yes; items.cfg to your main FH folder (replace) and the rest of the files (which I'm assuming would be in the "place in items" folder for you) get put into your items folder (FeralHeart > media > items) then click replace

Alright. Thank you, very much! I managed to get the .rar up and running, so I should be good!
...at least until I need help again, but anyways...
