Title: why do we have to turn off the firewall?

my parents are wondering why do we have to turn our firewall off? the reason why I ask is because it won't let me in the game. its says "failed to connect to the front server. I would be really happy if someone would help me with this. thank you for reading this.

Sometimes your firewall can block certain programs from being accepted onto your computer, which is why it's good to check if your firewall is blocking Feral Heart. However, this is not the case at the moment. The reason you're not able to log into the game is because the server is offline. Please take a look at the link above for more information. Locking this.
