Title: fix the login page?

Title says it all. The page I have to keep open while I play signs me out every other minute. If there's a way to keep it there PERMANENTLY so I can actually get out a whole post would be really nice, so if you know how to do that please tell me. It seems like everyone has been having this problem lately. Frankly, I think the hackers are long gone now and the security log-in page needs to go, but I guess it's better safe than sorry. Staff said they were working on a better solution; does anyone know what that may be?

For your problem with it signing out, that should belong in the site + forum help section.
There are a few threads made about it already. If this is the issue, here is a link to another users post -- hopefully you're able to solve it.

Secondly, I don't think anyone knows for sure when this better solution will be announced. It's all up to the staff; how long it will take, if they have problems, etc.
As of now, this is here to stay, as stated quite a bit.

**Also, I've had the same problem with the site logging me out, but eventually it just fixed on its own.

I'll move this over to the Game Help section. To answer your question, do make sure that your internet/browser has a strong connection, or else the page might not refresh and will log you out. While we are looking for better ways to help assist with the logging-in, we can't say for sure if/when another solution will be found. For the time being, the log-in page is necessary to connecting to the game.
