Title: How do you get items to wear?

Is it just available to everyone in character creation (like santa hat is) or do you somehow need to earn or make it??

You can download item packs, and once that's done you can add items to your characters.

A Christmas hats should already be in your item box once you download it. In order to get more, you download the item packs.

Also, you make it but you don't earn it; it's for everyone! ;D
