Title: Security Log-In Screen Not Staying Logged In

Okay I just spent 40 minutes making my new character. I clicked "Create" and it said "Creating.." but took forever. I looked back at the Security Login Screen (the new one you keep open to play) and it had me logged out. I got super pissed and tried again, saving half-way in. I looked back and it had me logged out again.

Wtf ?? I am really pissed right now !! Why is it not keeping me logged in?

Oh, I see. I didn't read that paragraph correctly last night apparently.

So, they want us to reload the page every 50 seconds? I find that extremely hard to do, as I easily get caught up and I forget. Actually that's not really a great solution.

Okay, so I do have cookies enabled and I don't have any proxies. I use Window Explorer for Win8.1. What do you think I should do?

The page will automatically reload every 60 seconds or so- you don't have to do anything manually. Have you tried switching your internet browser? Firefox and Chrome seem to be working pretty well.

 Are you minimizing the login window as you play?

If so, try opening Feralheart on top of the login window, without clicking the minimize button, and see if that helps.
