Whenever I go to log in to the game it says 'Failed to connect to front server." And I have the page open that you are supposed to have on to play. (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php)) I have it loaded up and everything. But I still get the message. Then I try it again and it says that I have n incorrect username and password. But I am 100% that it is correct. My sister can still log into her account on this computer, so why can't I?

Try having the window open in the background while you login to FH, don't minimize it at all.

It still doesn't work. That page and the gave are the only ones that I have open and the page is not minimized. I am still getting the same responses. Yet hen my sister uses her info it works. Is it just my account? If so, can it be fixed?

Make sure your username and password are typed correctly both in game and on the login page.
Try using different browsers (Mozilla, Chrome, Internet Explroer, etc.)
Your username has to be less than 16 characters, otherwise the login won't work and you will have to create another username.
