Title: HELP - SERVER ERROR

Please help me!

I have been playing FeralHeart for three years. Most recently, in the past year or so, probably the last six months, I haven't been able to connect to the front server. The internet is stable, and the connection seems strong. It's probably something I'm doing wrong, but I don't understand. Please let me know if you can help me figure out why it's not working!

And, if this doesn't work are both your username and password lowercase? Unless you have capitals in it with your password. Because I believe your password is case sensitive. Hope this helped

In addition to what was stated above by the lovely and helpful floofen's, Blackie-Wolfie and Preach, keep in mind that you must keep the window with the tab open and not minimized at all while you're trying to login. Open FeralHeart on top of the window so the connection is a lot more effective - and when you login entirely (loaded a character into a map) only then can you switch to another tab.
