Title: Can't login.

I can't login to feral heart, I have cookies enabled, this site is always open when I try to play. I'm sure my password is correct and its not just today that I can't get in. It says 'failed to connect to front server' when I try, but I'm sure it is not down because it happens every day, and it says people are logged in right now. Help please!

And if you haven't already, reading over this is a good place to start when having login issues.

A quick understanding of the new login (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=54268.0)

Make sure to not minimize the login page. After putting your information in, give it a minute or so, then open FH on top of it.

I got my account on 2-6-16,but it doesnt work when i log in it to play it says "you have to keep this page open while you play"
Im using a samsung galexy tab A,is that why?,and i downloaded all the files for it but it still wont work,PLS HELP ME

As an addition to what has been said above:

You said your using your phone to log-in? This will allow your phones IP address to communicate with the server instead of your computer in which FH is running on.
Instead, try logging in using Firefox or IE (I do not recommend Chrome unless you have a page refresh extension enabled.) and then try connecting to the server.
If the problem persists, please do make a help thread here in the help board.
