The Member-Made Tutorials board is more for what it says on the tin; tutorials.
So if you were showing us how to make a preset like how you described, this post would belong here.
However, since you're requesting for a specific preset to be made, I'd suggest checking out some of the 'preset shops' here:

Just notifying you that horns or clubs aren't the part of the preset. You can download items here, or on DeviantArt. And Edolicious is right, I don't have permission to move threads, but I think it should be posted in Request Preset/Marking Board.
