Title: Alot of crashing
Post by: Rostova on February 14, 2016, 02:07:21 am
Ok, earlier i exported a map. Ever since then i type in my user and pass, (yes im logged in on the site as well). And it says "Request accepted, sending login" then it freezes. And a pop-up says feralheart.exe has stopped working, and FH closes.

 Have i installed anything latley?-
I installed a few meshes but went back and deleted them all. Also a few hours before i got a blue colored title. But that didnt affect anything then.
 Windows or mac?-
Windows10
 Has it run fine before?-
yes.

Help? :'(

Have you tried checking your particles folder (located in C:/>>Feral Heart>>Media>>Particles) and delete any double particles? They should have numbers ending in _0, _1, etc.

I just tried that and there was nothing to delete,^

Should i just re-download the game? I have the 3 maps, 2 item packs, and one mod (it was working fine) saved and ready to re-dowload.

If Nothing Else Works, You Should Give That A Go.
And Since You Have Everything Saved , That's Even Better.
If You Re-Download & Then Put The Maps , Items Pack & The Mod Back & The Issue Occurs Again. . . . It Could Be Something Wrong With One Of The Files, Possible The Map.
Good Luck , Hope It Works~

I found that the issue was with the winter mod. I re-downloaded the game without the mod. Silly me thinking that wasn't the issue.

Ah, I'm glad you've got the game working properly now. Sometimes modifications can be too much for your computer to handle, especially when it comes to creating maps. Perhaps you could try downloading a different mod for your computer, in place of your current winter mod- if not, however, I'm happy to hear that you can at least keep it working properly without one. I'll lock this topic since the issue appears to be resolved.
