Title: Login Page/Link loggs me out.

Hi, this is starting to annoy me and I know that other users have been having this problem. Basically, whenever I'm in game I will lose connection to the server and when I close Feral Heart to look at the webpage I have to keep open, it asks me to logg in again even though I did before. I have tried it on both Internet Explorer and Chrome but it still doesn't work. I even tried disabling META Refresh on Explorer but that just locked me out of the game completely so I can't even connect to the front server anymore. I'm not banned either so I don't know what to do anymore and it's frustrating. Also, I'm not very 'techy' so I don't know that much about computers if I did I'd probably have this sorted. Sorry if this is in the wrong place or I did something wrong I'm just very, very frustrated at the moment. So if you can help, thanks and if it's in the wrong place, sorry this if my first time posting on this forum since I didn't have to before.

Sounds to me like something keeps refreshing that page in the background. Try downloading some sort of "tab reload" plugin/add-on and set the page to be reloaded every 25 seconds

Also be sure to not minimize your browser in the background, since that can cause issues for some people

 I'd also recommend switching browsers and downloading Firefox if you continue to have issues.

I'm sorry to hear you're having the same issue, but next time try to make your own help thread. That way other users will know you're in need of some help.

 I'd recommend doing as Kiki stated above.

Make sure you are not minimizing the login tab. Put in your info, then open FH over it without clicking the minimize button.

If you continue having issues, again, try making a separate help thread for more floofs to help you out on.

I don't minimize my browser and what add on shall I download and where do I get it for chrome? Also, thanks for helping.

If you haven't, maybe you can get it from Firefox if it doesn't already have it?

 Try the Chrome Web Store. It has many different plug-ins. I'm pretty sure they'll have what y'er looking for.

To add on to what everyone else is saying, if you don't want to download a url refresh plugin, I use refreshthis.com. You don't have to download it, and it works really good for me. :3

Cheers everyone for helping. I'll try the web adress and use it for a few days and if it works I'll let you know. ^-^
