Title: "Can't connect to front server"

Hey, I really need some help.

I've been trying to get on FH for quite some time now. Yes, I know of the new login system, but it seems to not want to cooperate with me.

I've done so many solutions that have been suggested. Using a different browser, having it as the only tab on, not minimizing it...

So is there anyway to fix this? If it helps, I use an AT&T hotspot (I don't know why that would cause issues, but I might as well state it in case), and I do have a sibling who also plays FH, but they rarely ever play the game.

Hmm, it could be y'er internet connection. The game may not be recognizing that ye logged in to the browser tab.

Is y'er sibling ever able to log on, or are they 'aving the same issues on their d'vice?

Are ye sharing the same computer, or do ye both use different computers?

They're having the same issue. We're not sharing the same device, though.

I'm not sure if the hotspot connection is causing the issue, but having a strong internet connection is optimal. I'm not certain exactly how your hotspot connection works, but since hotspot information can be shared amongst other devices, this could be triggering your issue. In order for you to log into more than one account on the game, you would need to open two separate log-in pages in two separate browsers. Perhaps try using a different browser than what your sibling is using or use another form of internet connection, such as a pre-established network/wifi connection near your home.

Another thing is to make sure that you're not opening the page in a private browsing session and be sure that you haven't enabled any proxies.

I don't have my browser on in a private browsing session, and I don't have proxies on either. My sibling isn't even using FH right now, or even on their pc for that matter.

I'm not sure what else I can do.

Hey i had the same problem with one of my accounts. but I used another and it worked great try logging in with other accounts if you have any and if you don't try restarting the server and and loging in let the server sit for 30-60 seconds and see what happens

Do you have a smartphone or a mobile device you could try logging into? Sometimes that helps for people
