Title: I Need Help.

Hello,i registered today,so i'm new here. um,i want to login in game,but it write "Incorrect username or password......" and i'm banned now. i can't login to game. Please help.  And sorry for my English,i can't speak English. and Thanks for help.

Passwords are key sensitive too! Make sure you are capitalizing any characters you need to, and make sure caps lock is not on.

Did you already activate your account via the confirmation email?

no my username not 16 characters long. and i write my password 100% correct and username too.
but now it write "failed to connect to front server" i trying it 10 minutes and nothing.

Be sure to use the new login system, you can use it by clicking "play game" or typing in
Http://feral-heart.com/login (http://Http://feral-heart.com/login)
Use your username and password to sign in and keep it open as you play.

Make sure you keep it open, no other tabs as well as try a few times and give it a minute. It won't work right away. It'll take a minute to get connected.

Also : Do try google chrome and Firefox browsers. They work the best.

When trying to log into the game, be sure that your account has been activated. You can do this by clicking on the link sent to your e-mail when you registered (be sure to activate it while the Registration is open.) If you have already successfully activated your account, check to make sure that you're not using the numpad (the numbers on the side of the keyboard) when logging in.

Adding onto what Likuu said, be sure to keep this tab open the whole time you are playing the game. Don't minimize the browser, keep it running in the background of your game.

 Like said above, did you activate your account first? Like, did you go to your email to activate it? I had the same problem before. My account wasn't activated and due to the new log in system, I wasn't able to get in game. If this is the issue, wait until you see registration open again and activate your account. It wont work if it's closed.

Otherwise, use the link Shurtle gave 'ye. There should be lots more info there.

Hope your problem gets solved soon.
