Title: By Clicking "Play"

I have a small problem about logging in. I had read that it could be because the username has too much characters? I don't know why but everytime I log in, everything began great then when I click "Play" the game crash. Could someone know about that or help with it? My username is xXxXiaxXx, it has 9 characters.

Have you tried using the new login system? Simply press "Play Game" at the top of the page, or use this link:

And no, the limit of characters for your username is 16 characters. ;3

Y'er username does not exceed the character limit, which is 16 characters. What may be occurring is a file malfunction. 'Ave ye downloaded any mods f'er the game, such as item packs, marking packs, or seasonal mods? Any misplaced files can cause a game to crash.

If ye 'ave downloaded a new mod, I recommend doing a clean installation, by deleting all the FH files from y'er computer and installing with the FHSetup.

Also, just to be sure, ye are usin the Play Game tab on the site here, yes? If so, be sure to wait a few b'fore ye click play after entering y'er log in info. More info on that can be found on OutofBreath's post.

All the mods that I use were old, I have a few months without log in so I didn't install any recent mod and those mods that I use had work perfectly with FH the last months that I have played. The last time that I logged on I remember using the new system.

Check for any duplicate (_0, _1, etc) files in your particles folder, and if there are some, delete them. If that doesn't work, I would try changing rendering systems

Please try making your own thread in the Game Help (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&board=24.0) section of the forums. There are plenty of floofs around who will try their best to get you in-game and playing once more. c:
