You mean using presets? If you want to use one, you can simply make it yourself ^^

If you mean getting the files of other peoples' presets so you can see them in-game, then there in fact is a way. You're welcome to install the FH Preset Sync but however not too many people use it anymore:

If you want to use a premade preset without downloading anything, the game itself came with two premade for people to use: go to C:\FeralHeart\my_presets\preset_1 or preset_2 and there should be some presets in there.
To use them in-game: go to Tools>Preset Maker>Preset # (whichever you want) and hit 'Export'. For others to be able to see the preset, go to your FH 'presets' not 'my_presets' folder and upload the file to a file sharing site or the preset sync here on the site(located in your user panel).

Well the only way to get a preset without downloading is to make it by yourself. And as Whisper said, there are some pre made presets in my_presets folder. c:
