Title: Lost Connection!

Hai! So I am quite new to FH, and I have been experiencing login issues. I have the login page open in Google Chrome, I log into that and then open FH. It connects to the front server, but then on Google Chrome I get logged out! I have tried using a page re-loader add on, and I do not minimize the page or switch tabs. I have also tried restarting my laptop. Please can I have some help fixing this? I really want to play FH. Thank you x

Have you tried using different browsers?

Yes, I have tried using google chrome and internet explorer.

It only logs me out when I have FH open, it does not log me out if I have it open and are using chrome.

Perhaps try opening FH before you open the page, but don't log in. Once the game has loaded up, then enter your log-in details to the connection page, and wait 30-60 seconds before attempting to log onto the server. Maybe try closing out some extra, unneeded browser windows or programs.

Maybe try logging in to the tab on a tablet or mobile device, if you have one

Try making your own help thread so people can see that you're in need of some assistance. But as for your problem, I'm sure there is a recent thread that was made about this similar issue..^^

Besides Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox. Firefox has always worked for me. Torch is also an option.
