Title: Could someone make me a preset please?

I was hoping that the photo below could be used for an example to make the preset.
I'm insure of how to set this up because this is my first post so please bear with me.
Any questions for really anything just post below.

Eye Colours:
Specific Markings:
Mane Colour:

Alright, I'll start it around new years time. I'm quite fast at making presets.
