Ok so I have played and Downloaded Feral Heart before, and I know it's safe. But I just want to be sure. I just got a new computer, a dell laptop. When I try to download the game, a whole bunch of adf.ly ads pop up, but that's ok because I just skip those. But when The download bar thing pops up at the bottom of my screen, it says its and exe file. I know for a fact that exe files are not safe, and I have never seen this before when downloading feral heart. So I need some people with experience who have downloaded the game recently. Is it safe? Does it cause viruses? Personally I have never seen I virus caused by feral heart on my computer, but I want to be sure. Please tell me. Thanks :)

Just click it and you should be good to go because, as you said before, you've played it before.
Everyone gets that exe. file when you download it.
It's normal. :)

Here is a video just so you're sure.
In every other video it will show the Feralheart.exe file and they will click it without any problems.
Feralheart shouldn't contain any viruses.

I will go ahead and lock this since your question was answered. To reiterate what was said above, downloading the game via the .exe installation is completely safe and you should not receive any viruses from downloading Feral Heart. Good luck and have fun!
