Title: Not Receiving E-Mail

Hello there! How's everyone?
Some minutes ago, my friend CheesecakeWolf was trying to recover her password to get in, but the mail won't arrive? She checked her Junk folder but the E-mail is not there either. She is not able to get on until she recovers it...
What could we do?

I would doing it again. She could send/typed in the email and haven't even noticed.

She says she did several times , but it is still not working :/

Is she using the same email she used when she registered the account?

Some email providers might block the email provided, if they made an account and made sure they added the correct email address and the account was made fairly recently as in a couple of days and not a couple of weeks they can try to get their account activated by contacting our activation email.

If it doesn't work they'll probably have to make a new account.
