I don't think the 'sparkywolf123' is the valid email address. If you can't remember the email address you signed up with , you could always try seeing if you can make a back up e-mail ( because I don't know if the MODs have such information unless you contact them ) & seeing if you recover it some way somehow .... Or just waiting until registration is opened and logging in with a new email address.
Or , you could look in the 'Summary' under your profile & if you input the information to the e-mail you signed up with on the site , it'll be right there.
For future reference , If you don't think you can remember your e-mail , make sure you write it down somewhere so you can always have the information ready to go whenever you need it. If this didn't help at all , Terribly sorry ^^;
